happy birthday shou
we should start with something small and easy and fun like cycling or roller blading. if we do things like 15km, i think, i'll just stop at like the 5km mark... i realized squash is quite fun to play and easy to pick up. but i bet none of us have any squash racquets. we could go bowling or k boxing as well, i mean... anything is more healthy than stuffing our faces with food right?
