hey all! (arent you proud of me shou? im blogging!)
ok in regards of the vote, do consider 10 days or more. we are planning to go to three places: Gold Coast, Melbourne and Tasmania. If we have a 7 or 8 days trip that will leave us only abt 2-3 days each location. thats definitely not enough!
also you must subtract one day cause the last day will be spent packing, checking out and going to the airport 3 hrs early for our flight. and if our flight to aust is anything later than noon, our first day there wont be productive at all.
i am not suggesting 14 days in aust but at least 10 - 12 days. we can spent more time leisurely exploring the place instead of running abt frantically. also remember that after 5pm, aust is a dead city. unless we are clubbing pple (which we are not), our days have been cut in half!
if you are afraid of the costs, dont worry. you have shou lian who have been diligently finding the cheapest hostels available. even me the big spendthrift is ever ready to be thrifty just so that i can spent quality time with my very best friends in the world. when all of us start uni (overseas or local) we might not get another chance.
